 Primeval workshops
Below you will find a list of people who have participated actively in the programme "Man and iron in the first centuries of our era" so far. The majority of them co-operates with the ¦więtokrzyskie Association of Industrial Heritage, also at present contributing to the organisation of editions of "Iron Roots" and the "Dymarki ¦więtokrzyskie" archaeological events. Considerable contribution of each of participants to the present form of the project is worth highlighting. We would also like to draw attention to the fact that a part of the presentation originated during our co-operation (e.g. military encounters or production of glass beads). Some of the participants changed their "workshop assignment" during the following editions of the programme and developed their sets of instruments. There are also new people wishing to participate in this enterprise (i.e. a group of students from Rzeszów, "Celtica" Association).
All these conditions cause that our projects undergoes constant development and we hope that every time it provides our visitors with more interesting impressions.
The presence of the youngest "performers" in the "Iron Roots" event had a great influence on the atmosphere of our meetings with the Roman times.
Therefore, we cannot omit the participation of Kubu¶ Wilk, Maciu¶ Kochman, Dawidek Zawadzki and Miriam Zawadzkiej in the programme "Man and iron in the first centuries of our era".

Our wish is to extend the basic range of presentations and add new demonstrations featuring performers not less remarkable than those already presented on the list above. In 2005 we are planning to invite presenters dealing with reconstructions of birch-tree bark and wood (from Lithuania and Belarus). We would also like for the salt-making well known in the Roman times to have an important place in the "Archeopark". The programme will be enriched by a crematory funeral rite. We plan to extend the range of activities presented by the workshop producing glass beads and to add glass production in the province area. Another craft from the province present in the "Archeopark" will be bronzing where making of large objects such as bronze figures will be demonstrated. Our efforts are supposed to highlight the variety of contacts between Barbaricum and Roman provinces, as those of a peaceful character were certainly most frequent than military encounters also illustrated during the "Iron Roots" event.
